Angel Technical Services Ltd is a small CAD draughting company in Uddingston which was formed in 1997. It is run by Andy Lyle, a draughtsman with many years experience in preparation and supply of drawings for a wide range of clients.

Whilst working at the office at Angel Technical Services Ltd, duties are usually to prepare drawings, sketches and lists for structural steelwork fabrication companies, but Andy also occasionally does work for companies in other industries and individuals whose projects aren't necessarily steelwork related, such as preparation of civil layout drawings required by building control authorities.

Andy also participates in other work areas such as clerical CAD/computer related work including basic web design (this site is an example), preparation of business stationery, graphical illustrations, advertisements, fliers, notices etc.

Work at the office is most often carried out at evenings and weekends, and on occasion full-time, using AutoCAD and other computer software. Good advantage is taken of online facilities, especially when clients operate at long distances from Uddingston. Andy also has a laptop and a portable printer which are useful when he is visiting client's premises.

Andy is often working at other client's premises using their facilities, adhering to their system. These clients have been companies such as structural steelwork building drawing offices, offshore structure fabricators, shipbuilders and refitters, consulting civil and structural engineers, stonemasonry fabricators and building cladding specialists.

All clients are satisfied with Andy's work and some are frequently asking for his services. Great measures are taken to ensure all work is done satisfactorily, and after the draughting work is complete a good backup service is provided. As well as essential additional work e.g. liaising with clients and associates, other work is often carried out if required e.g. site visits, site measuring, and/or necessary paperwork.

Andy is always happy to hear of companies in any industry or any individual who requires CAD drawings or any other CAD related work done. Other types of computer related work is also considered as Andy has a reputation for his good knowledge of computers.
